Katy Perry is an extraordinary singer with a great voice. She grew up in Santa Barbara, California not being able to listen to pop music with a religious family, both parents being pastors. She expresses herself in a way that tells her life story through music. She inspires many, saying that we don’t have to be like everyone else, that being weird is okay. Katy Perry’s music is unique following her personality and charisma, having a way of making people smile and enjoy life giving them hope to keep on going, that they’re not alone in life. People think she was an overnight success, but inspite of the obstacles she faced, her ambition to work hard and practice enormously ultimately led to her success. ?Perry’s religious family played an important part in her life. In her story her family did contribute to her ultimate goal in life. Shes very immature she acts to younger then he age and she needs to learn to grow up and be a women not a girl like shes trying to act. My most Unfavorite song is I Kissed a Girl because its a naughty song. Also her vocals are very bad in this song. Katy Perrys Genre is pop. Its a fun kid teen album. I would recommend this singer to girls who like this kind of music and like to mess around and have fun listening to horrible music that most people dont like and think its stupid. I wouldnt recommend this to children or ANY ONE because we do not want kids to look up to her at there age or dont want people going deaf. Also who likes pop that isnt good! Pop is on 98 Pxy and 106.7 stations on the radio most of there music is good but not when Katy perry comes on. Not many people like her and think she is werid.
